There's a fuel trailer in the garage parking lot and a fuel tanker at the port

word of advice a some what good trailer to use is a mod trailer from the mod menu its a 8 slotted long flat bed

How do you get the fuel from Yellowstone map ? Both tunnels are locked, so i can change the map? And repair the tunnels mission is alsow locked.
