This video is a slap in the face for me. I have been stuck in my old addictive eating patterns. Trying to get rid of the feelings, I am having. It is not working, but my body is getting heavier. My programming is saying that I have a victim to these patterns, but this video reminds me that I alone have the choice to change things. Today I started fresh again, eating the foods that nourish me. Making healthy food boundaries for myself again. I’m already feeling lighter, although I’m watching all the programs coming up and trying to convince me to eat the sugar and chocolate. So grateful for you, Kyle, this all makes sense to me and I have lived it before. I just have to keep remembering.

One of the principles of miracles (in A Course in Miracles) is that miracles are everyones right but that purification is necessary first. When we can see and know ourselves as the Christ consciousness or loving consciousness within (instead of ego illusions) then miracles are a natural consequence of being in the field/vibration/reality of love.

I’m at a level of consciousness where I fully realize this yet I still get triggered when others don’t (which is a vast majority of people) so I just let the trigger come up and don’t do anything about it. I do find myself isolating from most people entirely though which is much more peaceful. The only people I find myself wanting to be around are those on the Absolutely Everything Pass. Everyone else seems so concerned with nonsense, which again, I’m trying not to shame as that was once me as well, and they can’t help it

I love the universe and its way… when I was struggling with alcohol in my deepest depths and wondered what was wrong with me… why I couldn’t drink normally…. I got the message… you’re a very sensitive and open one…. Alcohol would destroy an angel…. It’s not a bad thing you struggle with it. It’s actually a confirmation your path is deeper this lifetime. That helped a lot. Rather than feeling I gave a script letter on my chest cause I’m weak or gave a dis ease… I know now it’s because I’m a highly sensitive soul in a very specific mission that cannot have her wings clipped. 🤓
