My money not showing when trying to buy modules slots

did they change it? because i made a spider walker at quality 22 and only have 1 slot that can hold 23

Correct, they changed it in Season 2, meaning you have now only 1 Module slot (which can hold as many modules as you have unlocked) and you can freely mix and match modules in that 1 slot. Modules are still being destroyed once removed, but at least there's more flexibility when slotting them.
