How to unlock the flying Regalia in Final Fantasy 15

There's an orange strip near the bottom of the map you can land on it and you can find a seret dungeon that's open only at nighttime

I have all 3 parts and I beat the game I traveled past in time and still haven't got the quest

There is is a secret dungeon u can reach only by using the regalia type F... U can see a road where there shouldn't be one at the far left of the map close to to the mountain where u can get one of the royal arms (close to the outpost called: verinas mart - ravatogh) note the dungeon is very hard and it's only filled with puzzles and no monsters.

I defeated the 3rd base under level I was level 30 when I fought the 51 mechs and I went in with 99 potions and 99 hours-elixirs and came out with 52 hi-elixirs and 2 potions

I went in at level 40 and rush in like a maniac. Luckily I had stocked up 50 pots and 30 elixirs beforehand. Fighting 2 lvl 51 mechs was hell especially when I didnt know about the turrets. Drain all my pots destroying one of them. The fight got way easier when it was just one mech.

The black hood is located in the top right corner of the map and u can only get to this puzzle dungeon by flying

I was livid when i was first unlock the flying ability of the car but my excitement was shortlived. The only place you can land the car is on the road which beats the purpose of a airship mechanic of the previous FF games where you can land on mostly anywhere you want ( including a few secluded island you can only access by flying). The side quests in this game are mostly fetch quests with very little interesting points , save for a few and i thought by having the car would make completing the side quests faster to unlock the 80 side quests trophy but nope...you have to land on the road and run all the way to the objective marker.

You can control freely even the based version. You have two options, let your friend drive or you can ride, that's what I know, but unfortunately I don't own PS4, so I can't play it :/
