How to UNPAIR JBL TUNE125tws earbuds (FACTORY RESET)

This video explains how to perform a FACTORY RESET on the JBL TUNE125tws truly wireless Bluetooth earbuds.
When both earbuds are inside of the charging case, press and hold the button on the right earbud.
Take a close look at the LED on the right earbud. After a couple of seconds it will briefly blink.
That is when the factory reset is complete and all devices have been unpaired from the earbuds.

It might be a defective battery. in case your earbuds are still under warranty, contact JBL service for a replacement.

My left earbud is not turning off, and it's automatically connect to my cp even it's inside the case. I tried switching it off manually multiple times and resetting it, but the moment I close the lid it will switch on by itself, but only the earbud is doing it. Do yo have any solution for this, cause it draining the battery even if I'm not using it. Please anybody, any solution? Thanks.

Hello, I tried the reset. My right earbud can’t be found via bluetooth. It’s always in pair mode but can’t be found. Left one is paired and working excellent

Same issue with right earbud. Left earbud connect to phone fine. Right earbud won't pair with Left earbud nor connect to phone. Keep on blinking blue and white. SMH Heard this was a manufactured defect. Can anybody confirm please?

So I fuking finally figured out why RIGHT earbud doesn't work. It's stuck in mono mode. Meaning if one wanted to use mono mode. You would only take one earbud out of charger case and connect to phone bluetooth. Problem is I think we all did it once when we took one earbud out the case and it automatically connected to bluetooth (mono mode). Now earbuds is stuck in mono mode and won't pair with each other or go in to stereo. Key is to get it back in to stereo. Hope I make sense😤🤔

It's almost impossible for me get another one this year so it's my only earbud I own at this moment. Suddenly the right ear stopped working. I only found your video on tws125 . had the same problem, make sure your they are unpaired first, then take the earbuds out and press 3 times on both buttons simultaneously then connect. took me a few tries but it worked

I'm a bit lost, my left earbud is just not responding at all, and nothing happens when I try any of these solutions. Yes, it's at 100% charge and the contact points in the case were cleaned.
