I have an hold Dell T610 but on the dell support page there is not the file for me to update my Bios firmware or Idrac firmware is there a way i can find the file ?

Does not work on R610 (idrac 6) using EXE file or BIN gives File is not valid for iDRAC Firmware update. Def works for idrac 8 and up not sure about 7
