The game has a new launcher, it detects your mods folder and auto updates it if your not on the current version now.. no more will we be able to REVERT, on steam now you must wait until everything else updates.

@@juanmiyares6737 unfortunately I had to delete all the files in the GTA 5 main directory and uninstall the game from steam too. And then reinstall the game from steam which would bring back the default main directory and then download LSPDFR,script hook V etc. to get it to work. Worked for me hopefully it works for you too.

So I just did a whole fresh install of GTAV and everything thing worked fine with Rage and EUP but once I added a vehicle pack I got an infinite loading screen, any tips on how to fix that, I only have the EUP L&O, EUP Menu and then the mod needed to run a vehicle Pack (Heap and Gameconfig) along with Simple Trainer

@@GAMING4LIFE247 I didn't mean to come off as disrespectful I'm just trying to help, you installed LSPD First Response 0.4.9 (Build 8382) when the newest version is LSPD First Response 0.4.9 (Build 8382 - RPH Fix) which was uploaded a few hours ago, if you follow your video with the RPH Fix version even doing the gameconfig update, your game will be on continuous loop if you have OpenIV and Mods folders supposedly is what is the issue with the newest version of scripthook.
