I have a 2022 Sportage, update is not working. Using windows with usb drive. When I connect the usb it reads the usb but just start playing a music file. Not finding any update software. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

I have this same problem. If I hit update manually it’s just an old file and not the new one. Did you ever figure it out?

Mine does not work. When I plug in the usb in my 2023 Kia Sportage, It keeps saying there are no supportive files after I downloaded the files on my usb. Has anyone else had this problem?

I did the update, but now the map button and the navigation button don't work. The only way I have navigation is by using Waze on my phone. So disappointed. Has anyone else had this problem?

I have the same problem. I used the thumb drive mailed to me from KIA and now no maps, no navigation, several other glitches. Can't get it into my dealer for three weeks. Not good KIA!

Lol mine took more than 30 minutes. Plus loading the car I was in there for over 1.5 hours. I was still waiting even as I write this 😂 kia should give back people the gas wasted loading this info up. This is not good for the environment or the car. These cars have ime cel data. At least the model I have so why is it just auto load these things. It would be so much more convenient.
