Very helpful video. The only things I would add are that to create an account on R-Link you need your R-Link Serial number. You can get this from the car from Menu>System>Current Version. The other thing is don't panic when you put the card back in the car and the update starts. It took a good couple of minutes before the progress bar even started to move when I did it. Overall the update must have taken about 15-20 mins to complete in the car. With another 10 minutes downloading onto the SD card on the PC. So you need to allow a bit of time to get this done.

I hope everyone found this weeks video useful and now your Rlink is up to date, I also hope this showed clearly how to remove SD card, Little shortcut for removing the SD card is bottom right + also has an option to remove SD Card. Also as per description I missed that at 2:09 you need to click "download Rlink Toolbox"

i have zoe 2017, can i add in renault app this car, from that app i can see that how much % is left and I can do the pre heating. Because I have zoe 2021 which I can do it through the app.

Firstly welcome to my youtube channel, please consider clicking subscribe i make new videos EVERY week. New zoes from 2018 come with Android Auto. Previous Zoe's can be adapted to have android auto but require a little bit of hacking via the software.

The the sat nav it needs to be Renault one some people managed to cloan it but I think this has now been patched, if you just want to put music or video on then any SD card is fine, hope that helps
