How To Update The Firmware of the Chauvet Gigbar Move + ILS

Hey bro, I bought this unit and the head units are both twitching and aren’t moving. The gobos turn on for a second and turn off. I updated to new firmware but did not help. Any help?

Man, I tried this a couple of times. Just bought me 2 gigbars Move + ILS. One has the right version 2.10 and the other has V1.90. I am using a USB stick formatted FAT32 an it has 16Gb on board. There is only 1 file and that is the right version (EU) (nt the zip-file but the unzipped file). I tried everything but the moment he wants to update I get a screen that scrolls "something" and it keeps scrolling very fast. So I can't get it fixed... Ant Idea what this could be? I searched on the net and I have followed your (and also others) instructions but always that scrollin screen... BTW, love your video's they have helped me a lot!

Thanks for watching! That does sound frustrating! The text probably has some details of why it's not working. You can try taking a video and then rewatching slowly. Then I'd reach out to chauvet customer support
