have done the update and its driving me nuts when it gos to hello screen it comes up after press home key looks like you have no wifi connected then it comes back

Hi, Let's start from the beginning. How many Skyq boxes have you got? And what is it that you're trying to do? If your apps are not loading, then let's start from the beginning. I'll help you. How many boxes do you have? How are you connected to the internet? What's the internet width? Etcetera, then I can get a better picture.

There is one programme I just can’t delete. It keeps saying currently being watched. I have tried forwarding to the end but still nothing happens. I’ve went into A-Z of programmes and it still says it is currently being watched. It’s doing my head in

Try taking the power out. Reboot the box, let it fire up then try deleting it.

Hi recently I’ve been getting issues where my screen goes blank on my tele for 2-3 seconds and cuts the sound, really annoying as the light on my tele and sky q mini box are still green. I’ve tried changing the HDMI cable but still getting same issues. I have a PS4 and the HDMI ports in HDMI 1 & 2 on this are fine and don’t occur issues when I use my PS4, so I’m unsure if it’s a the cable ( although I’ve tried different ones now into the sky box), the tele or the actual sky q mini box. Does anyone else have this issue? Any advice would be great!

cashy4utd is the sky box plugged into your tv? If it’s not plug it in if it is then maybe call the sky people to come and fix it make sure everything’s plugged in properly and your using the right remote xx

Hannah Brislin the blue socket on the back of the mini box is plugged in at the socket at the wall, with an Ethernet cable also in the back and if fed through my wall when the Sky engineer put it in a few years ago. Just don’t see it being a tv issue as my PS4 never does this when I go into hdmi1, it keeps doing it and it starting to frustrate

cashy4utd I really don’t know what to do to be honest with ye I’m not the worst at technology but seen as your messaging me and I can’t see the problem in real life I can’t help that much if it was my tv now I would try fix the cables or call a sky engineer but I can’t really help because it’s through a screen I’m texting u

If you have ultimate on demand with sky should have a email sent to you so link your account without being charged twice and sign in
