I gotcha y’all boys, you need to plug the smaller cable that came with your device into the top port while the longer cable is in the right port. Both need to be connected to the usb ports on your computer.

Okay so anyone wondering use the small top wire that comes with the zen and the right one and plug them into your windows 11 laptop or your pc and reset zen in device then try the update have no other applications up aswell

Can you please answer this. After I choose my custom loadout in game with the zen it successfully shows up on the LED with the exact weapon I’m using and I can switch between them perfect BUTTTT after like 5-10 seconds the loadout with whatever gun I’m using starts to slowly fade out and all these tiny white dots start popping up everywhere on the zen screen so the gun I’m currently using doesn’t show up until I switch my weapon again.. ????

My xbox wireless adapter stopped working after the most recent firmware/software update. The adapter works when I plug it into my computer and still binds my xbox controller to pc,but doesn't work on my xbox anymore, the zen still works with my controller but it won't work with xbox at the same time, i tried downgrading firmware, i tried 2.0.4 thru the most recent which is 2.0.6. Any ideas to fix it

bro ur post to hold the reset button b4 u plug it in. if u dont it causes errors and again 1 wire at a time. DO NOT PLUG BOTH WIRES IN. it will cause some bugs and u might not update properly even though it says it has and will also cause ur profiles to Un sync a lot. ALL the things i just said r all in the manual. i set up Zens on a daily base 4 people. couldn't care less for the product cause i don't use them hell i don't use aim assist and I'm on consoles but hey to each there on, but to me it feels good killing players that do use them wit a regular controller.. ps ive set up so many zens i could tell when its being use there're subtle hint an movement like rapid fire wit a shotgun or a dmr etc...
