I don't have a HUB, can I therefore not update my Eddi? Thanks

Afraid not, the current generations of Eddi do not have a hub built in, so you need one to facilitate updates.

Thanks - I've been struggling with this for days. Their instructions say hold down download for 3 seconds - when I do that the power light is white and nothing happens for hours. If you hold down the download button until the white server light comes on the firmware downloads. Ask myenergi to link to this video!
