Thanks for the vid. I've got a slightly diff question. I've set the pin lock for plugging and charging on zappi 2, along with charging booster schedule time. I found that the car won't charge until I manually go to the app and unlock it. Is this a normal behaviour? Thanks

I'm afraid I don't have much experience with the pin on the Zappi 2. With the little experience I have had though I would expect you to only need to enter the pin when you plug the car in, after that I would expect the car to charge on the timed boost schedule. Sorry I can't be of more help, if you haven't already I'd recommend posting this question on the myenergi forum.

I'm in Australia, zappi are supplied by not a good company. My mk1 zappi says awaiting charge, charging, charging complete with 0.00 kwh gone into the car. I'm now going to charge my car with a portable charger, which cooks my plug socket with heat to a frightening level. I know, that won't do bugger all to rectify it , and myenergy will send me back to the supplier's a one star company that has never ending after sales complaints. So it looks like hypervolt with less than 1500 kwh going through my zappi. I really pissed off paying shit loads to buy and install it. To thow it away in no time . In England you have a good companies backup, in Australia I'm screwed.

I have a 5 digit number the zappi but it’s asking for a 4 digit password, where would I find it ?

I think the 5 digit code was introduced with the newer Zappi V2s that include the built in hub. The 4 digit code is still used with the new models too to protect the advanced menu. Have you tried the default code which is 0000 I believe?
