Hi everyone! what if on my updater (on windows) I can't select my elektron model:samples device since it doesn't appear? Are you connecting it to PC with the usb cable or via midi, with a midiusb adapter? Thanks!

Have you tried a different usb socket or cable. Sometime you need to directly connect a computer or laptop usb socket instead of going through a usb hub
