I do not have FOTA update, what should I do?

The FOTA update is available only on Android 12 devices. You have to download and install the latest version of the tbox plus firmware for android 12. Once you do that, they fota app will be available.

I just checked with the brand and it seems that it is not working on either the android versions anymore. They seem to have removed it altogether. You would have to get in touch with them if you wish to get back the feature.

Unfortunately that won't be possible. Tbox plus can be upgraded either from 11 to 12 or 12 to 13.
