After updating the firmware, it stopped turning on. What to do?

Did you mix the LCD or OLED version? If you, you can remove the battery and power on and switch to the BLE connection. Then use MTools BLE to refresh the fw again.

How to upgrade using pc?

It can only upgrade with BLE. pixl.amiibo.xyz Or use a linker for it for usb upgrade.
