How did you unlock the equipment tier 2? I leveled up estate and it says i got it unlocked but he isnt there on his stall.

Go to the forest and kill the bandits (night mode)

Thanks :) but now i see there's nothing I can upgrade. I thought the crossbow would be upgraded since it isnt on the list of the tier 1. What equipments can i upgrade on tier 2?

You must check the sandals, they have rate (common, uncommon and rare). You have to collect the same rate
