How to upgrade XAMPP to latest version without losing data on windows | update xampp windows

Hello friends, I m #Pawneshwer #Gupta, #FullStackDeveloper. And in this video i'll discuss about how to update your XAMPP to latest version on windows. If you try to update XAMPP then you will get error that XAMPP directory is not empty. And if you install XAMPP to another directory then your all databases lost after installation. So i will help you to fix this problem.

This tutorial mention moving things from "htdocs" but what about the folder "apps"? I have all my WordPress Instances that folder, installed through some Bitnami installer. Do I just move the folder from old installation of XAMPP to new installation? I can mention that the new installation of XAMPP doesn't seem to have any "apps"-folder so there's nothing to replace.

Yes this error coming because that table already exist in db, empty your db before importing sql file

Open task manager and stop apache, php, mysql etc

So, I'm getting an error that is outside of expected as seen in your video.
