Whats the % mean on them what difference does that make ?

Look at the Perks that the omni board has in top right of screen. The higher the % the better increase to that perk. As an example you can increase Ammo capacity and Reload speed. Higher % means faster reloads and more bullets in your mag. I hope this helps

Solves a headache, thank you. Don't get me wrong the auto - 9 works perfectly at the television studio, but by the time you reach spike and the bikers at the steel mill. If not upgraded you just as well wave a stick of celery at the bikers . For the auto- 9's effectiveness has gone down to 0. Thanks again ❤😊

The best circuit board is 6.2 you get auto reload and you can max out your damage and armor piercing it makes your Auto 9 unstoppable.
