It's so funny how everyone goes crazy over games being in 4k. Most people won't believe it when you say that stuff looks good in 480p, but it really does. I picked up an LG mini projector that outputs in 720p, and it looks friggin amazing. Even with an 80" screen, the image is great. I'll take a game that runs smoothly over one in 4k any day.

Agreed. I'm annoyed that many games sacrifice framerate for better visuals. I'd rather have smooth gameplay over resolution any day.

I absolutely agree, the worst experience was with my PC... Ive got a 4k display and then found out that the difference was like a bit nicer but not incredible. BUUTT! IF you Connect your Switch to a display which has a Resolution over 1080p, something like a tv, I would strongly suggest that you get your self a upscaler if your display doesnt have one build in. I dont know why, but is looks just awkward :/

Take the blue film off the dock inserts! looks much better without it. It's just there for protection during shipping.

HA HA, I feel just an idiot. I didn't realise. I have just taken them off and they are clear!!!! Looks much better. That blue film was like it was glued on...I nearly lost a fingernail getting them off. Cheers for letting me know :-)

I got a solution to replace the bulky Switch adapter. I used Google Pixel XL charger and it works great. It charged while you playing. And also powerfull enough to let you play in docked mode (or mini dock if you would). So you don't have to bring that bulky adapter everywhere.

Someone suggested elsewhere that you can remove the blue film from the decorative light-up plates to make it look even better. This video is making me want to get a high-quality projector for my room. Sadly, I have one of those crappy popcorn ceilings on a slant, so it wouldn't look good.

DO NOT BUY THAT LAMICALL STAND!!! That specific model WILL scratch the back of your Switch. The metal hinge has no rubber protective cover and does cause surface scratches. There is another model that has better protection, but it doesn't fold as compact. There are plenty of cases that fit the power adapter, and will still fit everything you have, and will still be as compact. And I'm not talking about the big cases that fit the dock. All said, you definitely come across accessories I never would have thought to look for myself. Very helpful.

the light up dock plastic picture slotty thingies actually have a blue protective plastic on either side that nobody notices lol just gotta get your fingernails in there and peel it off. it's actually completely clear plastic :)
