They need to change this and allow more upload options because a lot of artist also want a mastered untagged mp3 because they hear the mastered free tagged mp3 version thats streaming and it sounds louder. I used to do it your way but artist was buying a untagged MP3 version that wasn't mastered.

You just have to stop selling the lease after you sell the exclusive. Everyone who bought the exclusive gets to keep using it until their limit runs out. So most contracts have either time limits or stream limits on a lease. All you have to do is take the track off of beat leasing once the exclusive sells. Anyone who bought a lease keeps that until it runs out.

this was great n clarified some stuff preciate it. one lil thing was with the loop part. that section was specifically to give credit to whoever made that loop, not to assign royalties. its wild to not only skip that because its "royalty free" , but to also post you doing that in an advice video for other people to follow suit. giving credit is free especially if the loop is royalty free and the original maker isnt trying to take your profits. in the same way you wanna put the tag in the beginning on the untagged version for "branding and marketing" itd be good to also offer that oppurtunity to the people who make the stuff that inspired and made your beat possible. jus my thoughts...i did like the video overall tho good work.

lol someone can steal your stuff either way tho... they can take your chord progressions, keys, drum patterns and just remake it and even make it sound the exact same. heck with ai now you can send it to this one app that does it all for you in like 30secs. thats why i think its pointless to add that many tags i would just add one tag cause multiple tags gets annoying for the artist and they don't wanna even work on it before they buy which = less sales. i know i'ma skip over a beat that has too many tags on it can't even hear myself think.
