Can I do this to upload, for example, a person who sent their i-485 and answered NO to the public charge question, you even already uploaded a video about the request for evidence that they send in this case, can I send the corrected form and a letter explaining that I am uploading the corrected i-485 and avoid that RFE?

Hello Mam, I applied my Stem OPT with my Old photo which I already used for intial OPT. And I can see unsolicited tab in my profile. Please help me, that will create any problem like RFE or Rejection and what will can I do or shall I contact them ?

I don’t have the unsolicited tab under documents? I have an rfe pending, will I need to answer to that first and then the unsolicited tab appear?

@roxanacontreras9971 I am having the same issue. I do not have the unsolicited tab under documents it only says respond with evidence, and each time and get to the six documents I can't add anymore. I am submitting RFE for form I864

@@kerishad2638 what I did was I combined my files into 5 files. But it’s not necessary for you to do that. Once I uploaded the 5 files the unsolicited tab showed up. So you can upload your files normally and then the tab will appear. I was told since there is an opened RFE the tab will not be available until you respond to it. Once you go to unsolicited tab you have the option to choose it’s for an RFE response

I entered my parent's date of birth wrong by mistake on the I-485 form (I put the month and days in the wrong order, dd/mm/yyyy ). Do you think I should address the mistake by submitting their birth date documents in the unsolicited documents section?

Thanks for your advice. For my I-90 application, in the full name at the beginning and signature name at the end part, I put my middle name with an initial instead of the full middle name because that's how it is in my green card and but not my driver's license. Now it's bothering me. Should it better to have been a full middle name instead of an initial? Do I need to add a letter of explanation in the "Unsolicited Evidence" tab in my online account?

Hi , i applied alien relative i 130 for my wife .After that she updated her passport. Now, her passport number is changed and the expiry date of the passport is changed as well. Now,do i need to update her existing application or do i need to wait until result comes?
