If your university is online/offiline then just apply for wes in university and then university will send automatically if its online If offiline, then you have to send doc to wes via post office

Hello bro , Wes had rejected my documents twice. firstly i have sent 12th certificate and attested marksheet copy from The school i attend its Government intermediate collage Uttrakhand. Unfortunate they don't accept the marksheet but they accept final 12th certificate and ask me to send from Board council with attested . then i have sent it from uttrakhand board office, from where our all documents coms. but, again they rejected. i have same reason as before. what should i do ?
