What we really want answer to is how to take a folder containing folders from your phone and upload the folder onto Google drive so you don't have to be creating sub folders one by one.

ok, but what if you have folders in your folders you have to recreate everything one by one and enter each one of those to copy paste the content.. This is not a solution to the issue. Some of us wants to copy other things than pictures. I work on my phone a lot and not being able to upload a whole bunch of organized stuff to the drive at once is frustrating and kills the workflow.

The file manager he mentioned actually works. There's a copy and paste option, so all you do is copy the folder you want, move over to cloud storage then paste.

This is a waste of time. I know what you all are looking for. If you're looking for an Android only method. It doesn't exist. However, what you can do is create a zip file of the main folder and upload it in the drive. That's the only way.

for anyone, if it is only for backup, what I did is I compress the whole folder before uploading the zipped file to google drive. Hope it helps! That is if you do not need to edit directly from google drive
