OBC ka kiya hoga OBC NCL ya usse upar ka caste hona jaroori hai. Tension mal lo jab reservation 100 percent ho jayega aur merit ka koi izzat nahi hoga birth ke samne , tab shayad tumko bhi mile reservation IISER mein.
