Thanks for this. Just started collecting hot toys figures. Only a few stars wars ones atm but nothing with leather jackets ect so probably wont need this stuff yet. But is it better to use the wipes rather then the spray ? Also how often do you apply it ? And can you use it on the body parts like arms, face ect or does it ruin the paint ?

It doesn’t ruin the paint, but it does make it look a bit shiny for a while. I would avoid it personally. I prefer the spray, but the wipes are the same stuff, so it’s just personal preference

thanks. Since my original comment I've gotten the spray. I pour a tiny bit in a cap and use a cotton bud to dip it in and rub it all over the leather parts. I've only applied it twice. Once when I first got the figures, then just recently 6 months later

Hello mate, is this stuff more of a prevention than an after cure? I'm wondering whether to buy a figure off eBay where one of the pleather boots has (only very slightly) started to crack. The seller says it's been treated with 303, but do you think it'll keep further degradation at bay or is it a case of, once it's started, it's doomed! I'd appreciate your opinion, cheers! 👍

It’s more of a preventative; mod podge is a better treatment to use when things have already started to crack. I’ve got a TikTok up on how to use it, but sorry if it’s too late of a reply :/

I took the leap and bought it, (ANH Han Solo, which, apparently, are infamous for the boots going!), but I was very pleasantly surprised when I received it as the 'cracking' on one boot was incredibly minor.. and I mean *incredibly* minor! Tbh, they're probably the best condition Han Solo boots I've seen! But I'll keep an eye on them and if need be, I'll invest in some Mod Podge! Cheers!

Would this work on rubber skins to hide joints? Threezero Walking dead or Hot Toys Star Wars?

Think it would WORK, but I’m not sure if it’s going to help particularly to be honest. Will also leave it looking a bit shinier too, rather than how matte they are when they start out

Good question, unfortunately I don’t. I would avoid touching with dirty hands as it can break the paint down faster from what I’ve seen

Is Black Panther suit 2.0 and 3.0 need this 303 product?

I think it could benefit from it, the material is a bit of a weird one, but I did use 303 on the civil war black panther & the solo movie one too

They’re rubber, but I don’t see why not. I do think they’d make it look a bit shinier than the matte finish they have to begin with

Does this work on stuff like advanced suit Spider-Man, the 2099 suit, and the blue of the new red and blue and comic spider men suits?

Has this proved to keep the suits from cracking? Has anyone used this for awhile and notice it works? I am only curious because I would like to maybe use on the new Mezco 1989 Keaton Batman.

@@89DannyRaider89 I've used it on lots of different figures/materials and for years. I notice it makes it look more black too. Longest is probably been like 3-4 years?

@@89DannyRaider89 no sir; I’ve still got like some really old figures like hot toys Dutch from 2009 and I’ll use this stuff on there and a lot of peoples have already cracked and got damaged!
