Thank you for the video. Co-authoring - I'll just sum it up by saying "Hallelujah". Thank the heavens the bullet list is updated, it was very clunky. And the version history is much better! About the image shapes - I really miss being able to apply borders and shadows to images. I hope they will add that one day. Some questions: If you edit, say, "Heading 2", will the other "Heading 2" text parts on the same page also be updated? Does changing the title of the page also update the URL?

Hi, Thanks 😉. This is not possible with the out of the box approval workflow, you need to create a custom flow with Power Automate to achieve your goal.
