Once I've taken a radiator off and want to put the radiator back on after bleeding it how to I get my boiler to fill water back into the radiator? Hope that makes sense

How do i know what pressure it is set at? I need to increase pressure as 1 radiator is not heating but do not want to overload it. Thanks

The pressure gauge is underneath to the right ... Needs to at 1 when cold
