That would be a very simple change to make in the code, just keep the existing structure and change the appropriate HIGH/LOW in the digitalWrite statements.

The bending of the flex sensor is more continuous, so it doesn't work very well as a toggle switch that snaps into one of two positions.

Hi - you would need to create your own calibration curve to do this (measure the circumference of various cylinders using something like a piece of string and a ruler, and correlate this to the analog measurement from the Arduino).
