@@TheParamedicCoach when you put the pads on do you have to click lead button and switch to paddles or you can stay in lead 2 and will still get a rhythm

Those are called "Alpha Waves" I try to place them on my lessons as it promotes better attention. I also recommend putting alpha waves on when you study, it has also helped my students with ADHD.
