A HELOC can help save a lot of money in interest, especially when compared to private money or hard money loans. Borrowing from a HELOC comes at a significantly lower cost-thousands of dollars saved in certain cases over short periods.

I'm 3/4 into this video and it is a God send! My question, is how does the appraisal work for the heloc to restore the property ( I've got 100% equity and repairs will be 40-50k) I plan on holding and renting it out to cash flow and use remaining and building equity for the next deal

❤️ From $37K to $65K that's the minimum range of profit return every month I think it's not a bad one for me, now I have enough to pay bills and take care of my family.

It’s like your being penalized for not having immediate access to your very own funds in however way you look at it. Wow!

Question? My wife and I paid our home off cash for $300,000. We need someone that will help us but not lose our home by doing so. What do we do. We have little income coming in.
