im getting scan sensitivity sounds louder at the sides of the pointer rather than the tip of it of my nofaya product...what could be the issue

Which measurement function are you saying measures the 'twsts of the pairs'? The wire finder function?

​@BeatTheBushDIY I think what he means is the difference in length. It says longer, but a wire where the cables are twisted the internal cables are longer than the length you measured with a tape. So it might be more accurate than you think. You should test it on untwisted cables.

Yep you mentioned the cable test was overestimating the length and while it won't be totally accurate it will take into account the added length due to twists in the wires. These devices aren't very accurate overall for this test but still nice to know if it's going 20 feet or 150 feet and can give you an idea.

It's OK insert RJ11 Plug into RJ45 socket ?? Check the Pin of RJ45 socket.
