@@jacobdattner In both cases, you can use Max 8 from Cycling 74 to run the .maxpat file. In the case of the second file, click on ps4-max.maxpat then click on raw then go file > save, and save to your computer as a .maxpat file. This file can then be opened in Max.

i feel like a playstation controller could be the most interesting way to create a 'guitar pedal' but for vocalists. put some formant modulation on the sixaxis tilt, artificial vibrato on the left stick, tremolo on the right stick! could set up each of the facing buttons to harmonise 3rd, 4th, 5th, 7th etc.bitcrush on the triggers. god i'm gonna have so much fun singing like this. would be a neat live performance trick too.

Its running in my mac osx 10. 9.5. At first was not working, but i closed the app, and plug the controller by usb, and its working perfect. My question is, can I map another notes that the default ones? I just played to many hours of guitar hero back in my teenage years, and cannot lose that power hahaha

Is there something similar for an xbox controller. I'm using joystick mapper but its recognized as a Key and not Midi, so I don't get to utilize the true "knobs" like that of which would be on a standard midi controller.

Hi. Do you know if this app works without bluetooth, and controller just connected via usb cable. can't find any info. My bluetooth is not very great on this mac. Can't seem to get it working.

My Bluetooth chip is LMP Version 2.1(0x4) which doesn't support MIDI via Bluetooth. Is there a way I can use while being connected to USB instead? Thanks!
