Depending on the tolerance. You may have to calculate the gauge block deviation (because they are stacked). May not be needed in this situation.

Wanted to watch the tutorial, I have external speakers plugged into my ipad, holding one 3 inches from my ear and still could barely hear what you were saying and had to give up on the video. I can always turn down the volume if too loud, but the volume only goes so high on a mobile device.

you can use a zeus book to find the opp using the angle you are after

Just reduce or add to your slip pile until the surface of the part runs straight on the dti.

the calculation is incorrect, and you shouldn't use calculated values. if you got the OPP side is 25.951 by using sin15x100 then you cant use the the calculated value (25.951) to find the "correct angle again if the part you are measuring isn't parallel that means there is an error in the angle. you should have use bevel protractor for the angle then used sin to calculate for the value of OPP
