Great demo of the SnS Deluxe. Thanks! I use a 22 inch with a slow-n-sear. Love it. My next grill will be a 26 inch with the SnS XL for more room.

Hi, JB. Greetings from Southern CA. Great video, thanks. I bought a 26" a few months ago and absolutely love it.

I can't imagine not using the Slow n Sear with a Weber kettle. I have a 22 inch as well as the 26 inch with the Slow n Sear in both of them. My preference is the 26 inch kettle and for the life of me I don't understand why Snsgrills hasn't added a 26 inch kettle to their lineup .

Same here I would purchase that instantly

Thanks Bud, I've just ordered a 26 inch from bbq guys and I am using a off set smoker for 3 years (to much work to baby sit it ) not no more. Your videos convinced me their is a better way of smoking . Thanks and also nice hair cut!

😂😂😂 grabbing the wrong handle! I do that all the time! Good to see I’m not the only one.

Great video. Have not used the slow n sear apparatus yet, will get one ordered. I install two thermometers on the cook side of Weber kettle grills that I have for indirect cooking. I put them at the cook level on the grill top, spaced out so that I can get an accurate temp across the cook area. Seems to work well, as both normally read the same temp. Thanks for the video.

I just got my weber 26. My slow n sear xl on its way ❤❤❤❤❤ Thank you 🎉
@rooster_saucer2 жыл бұрын
you confirmed my guesstimate on the temps… i’ve always aimed for my lid thermometer to settle around 350 expecting the cook side to be around to 250… and that’s almost exactly what you ended up getting! saved me some money on a probe! thanks. lol

So I was looking for a smoker to begin my BBQ experience but this feels like a good starter for both smoker, grill, and sear! I'll later get an offset smoker! Thanks

Great video!! Question: Would there be any concerns of having unlit charcoal with meat in the kettle ?
@JBsBBQ Жыл бұрын
None at all. Push the lit charcoal to one side and put unlit on the other. They will catch on slowly. No worries

I love your video but the link for it is for a 22 and not a 26 and might want to change that and almost ordered the wrong one buddy .

With that water boiling like that how many times you adding water during the cook? If it more then twice that’s to much! I only add it once with an offset aluminum pan

You can accomplish the same thing with a small hotel pan for the water and 2 disposable aluminum containers flattened for the indirect heat. All for under $10.00 Cheers
