What did you connect the yellow hose from the valve core remover tool to?

Hi @safetyalways7788. The yellow hose on the video is connected to my digital vacuum guage. Now it is important that the hose used be rated for vacuum, or alternatively just use a Micron Coupler, which is the industry best practice right now.

Can I use the Schrader valve core remover right at the beginning? For new systems, practically BEFORE evacuation? For older systems, in cooling mode, but still switched off (there is a slightly pressure).
