If you have a membership, to creativefabrica.com, it comes with a commercial license. It's well worth it, in my opinion, because you get use of so many fonts and graphics that you can utilize for your original projects on Teachers Pay Teachers, Etsy, and Amazon.

That's a loaded question. I would say that elementary resources pull the largest draw. Teachers also like interactive slides and online resources. I personally love items that can be loaded into Google Classroom and things I can customize. My suggestion is to go with what you are good at, and double down on it. Get known for that type of product.
