It made my hair fabulous . Folks asked me what did I do to it . It made it look thicker ,it had less shrinkage and my curls were nicely defined - I actually placed the soaked ambunu on my dry hair after i ran it through a cheese cloth , left it on overnight with a shower cap and rinsed it out well in the morning . In Africa they use it to wash and clean the hair, since it does have mucilage ( slip) it also detangle and conditioning the hair like aloe vera. So you have a herbal shampoo with conditioner and leave in benefit, 3 in 1 products, you can easily replace your shampoo, conditioner and leave in with only one herb, which make it very savvy for your wallet. The saponins in ambunu will react exactly like a commercial shampoo, so if you hair cannot handle shampoo staying too long on your hair or your scalp maybe you shouldn’t use it as a leave in conditioner.

@ChebeUSA has an Ambunu Deep Conditioner that uses Aloe Vera Juice in it, so I believe you can do that. Since Ambunu herbs is an emollient and Aloe Vera is also an emollient, maybe it will be SUPER MOISTURIZING!! WooooooW. LOL! Do you want me to test it with Aloe Vera Juice or Aloe Vera Oil or Aloe Vera Gel (from the plant)?
