You can mainly use it to go up and down but is there also a way to go forwards?

Not with this process.

It seems that your demo 00:07 was not made in Hitfilm?
@HitfilmSensei4 ай бұрын
I think that was a shot generated by the site (as explained at 0:49 minutes).

@@HitfilmSensei It seems that only horizontal and vertical animations can be made in Hitfilm. But that demo shows the camera propulsion at Z depth. How to reproduce it in Hitfilm? thank you

Is it only for Pro? Or Express?

You can do this in the free version of HitFilm. Also, the AI website has free options as well.

We'll news need to have a chat about other things one can do with an AI generated depth map. I THINK we talked about this before, but have you tried combining the depth map with the Parallax Filter? This, of course, does a little extrusion of the image and can create similar effects to Displacement... But with Parallax you can also get just a a little bit of Z-movement. Also, the one caveat with Leiapix is they do claim reuse rights for everything you upload and generate on their their site. They can and will add anything you do on there to their training data set. Of course most AI companies do the same thing. But a local install of Stable Diffusion with the proper add on can ALSO generate AI depth maps - without giving your images to a company for future theft.
