How do you get bottles quickly?

they drop pretty frequently from enemy chests, usually the white looking chests, you can reroll contents if you have the reroll potion already unlocked. Not sure theres a great way to farm - you could try the same method i used for farming green gear which is basically load up a low torment run and play until you find one then exit out and repeat.
