Should you rinse your pump before putting it in the ziplock in the fridge worried old milk will get baby sick after warned by new milk

This video was great! How long do you suggest each pump should be? I used the medela in style pump with my first baby 2 years ago and I would have to pump for 25-30 minutes but with my spectra 1 not sure if it’s the same
