How do you refill the cartridges that have no holes on top? There's one hole on the bottom, opposite side where the ink comes out. Tried to refill it that way, and it was a mess. Any thoughts? Thanks a lot!

Hi mate, unfortunately i didnt watch this video before i refilled my cartridges......my black said low, so me being a time saver....i refilled the other 3 also....the black one went up too 100 on the ink check , but now im stuck because the blue and red say Low ink, but they are full :/ do you have a reset chip thing for the Epson Workforce-7710?

You have refilled them to early, should only be refilled on 100% empty, to get them in sync refill them all now, when it says 100% empty refill that cart again regardless of how much ink it takes, then only refill in future when it says 100% empty

Now my printer still saying low black Ink even though cartridge is full . Did you get yours sorted out .I did follow advice to take the cartridge out & refill it to 100% & put it back in but still saying low ink ?. If your cartridge has a small hole right about the chip then that I believe is the page resetter, just take something small enough like a paper clip to push in and reset the page counter.

I refilled the black ink cartridge, and I am getting an error message that says, ink cartridge is not recognized. I do not understand, as it is the same cartridge I have been using for the past year. Hi i.v refilled my refillable cartridge when my Epson workforce 2750 said low on black . Now my printer keeps saying low on black ink ? And when I check ink level on the printer it's showing the cartridge low ink level ? How can I get the printer to say black is full ?. I know you say it is now out of sync . How do I remidy this ? Thanks is there anyway I can get the cartridge back in sync ? Or would it be better for me to just buy another black refillable cartridge ? Will that resolve the problem ?

Fill each colour to full now regardless of how much it takes, when the colour reports empty 100% empty fill to full again just that colour - you are then in sync - future refills only when 100% empty

@@cityinkexpress-online Thanks. They sent the right cartridges with the wrong instructions, they're fairly large cartridges holding 20ml of ink with a breather hole towards the back of the cartridge. These fo save you a fortune though I buy the inks for 10 pounds and it's something like 50 times cheaper than buying the official inks.

Installation went easily though the HP Smart Printing doesn't work well with our laptops - having to select the actual device. Will have to see how the HP Instant Ink program works out. Plus haven't been able to set up printing from smartphone yet - either direct or WiFi
