I had to go add/remove plugins, click new and enable gsnap before I could see it. It does work, but I am a music n00b, what i am trying to do is create music or any pleasing sound in a specific frequency of either 639hz or 936hz. But I have no idea how to do that with this if it can.

audacity is not in my x86 folder.....but it's in the order Program files folder. i pasted the file into the plugins folder of the Program files folder. then opened audacity and there was an error due to the plugin. can you help please?

If you see this in 2021. Before the effect is actually there, you have to click on "effects" and then "add/remove effects" and then enable the effects you've added!

Use the x32 bit and just copy it and paste at the right URL as shown in the video. And in audacity there is an option to add plug ins and you have to enable gsnap.

I know this is super late, but you have to go to 'effects' > 'add/remove plugins' > go to 'GSnap' and switch it on. That did it for me, because I had the same problem

i got the solution i have unistall Audacity and install it new, but now not on windows programm, rather on windows (x86) i have a 64bit version. and then i download the plugin new with the 64 bit Version and it works!😍💜

When I added the dll. file to my Plug-Ins, It was not showing up in the effects menu. Solution is to go to the top, click the 'Add or Remove plug-ins..' scroll through until you find G Snap, and click enable. Wasn't sure if anyone had this issue.

For anyone interested in auto tune on Mac, b4 buying any over $200 I had fl studio & it has in stock, and pitch correction which is very helpful with the autotune plug in. Makes it sound less robotic & just p much an amazing program.
