Honestly if I see kicks start reaching the sky im gonna just double forearm block and jump in and knock them on their ass. This kick works great on people that flinch but horrible if the person doesnt flinch and counter attacks instead. Fav thing to do is when you see someone trying to spin kick but they arent fast enough and you kick them in the butt. But some people have like a crazy lizard speed twist backkick that you cant really counter. Also if some people see you standing on 1 leg they WILL power kick that leg sometimes if they are smart enough. I think axekick is just a showoff kick or to use against noobs. Maybe good to use if enemy has both hands down at their side. I dunno your axe kick is pretty dang fast though maybe you can modify it into a push kick into their neck if they are just out of reach.

Hey alex could you do a video on how to bring your knee higher? I see yours comes up to almost your shoulder but mine goes just above my stomach, i feel it doesnt allow me to get good axe kicks! Any advice is great and keep up the awesome videos!

alex you have one mistake youve made you should make your chin up when making the axe kick when you make the axe kick you duck your head down that will affect you,and your apponent can get a score off of you
