So, เข้าใจบ้าง, ไม่เข้าใจบ้าง can have 2 meanings, depending on the context. 1. Some people understand but others don't understand. 2. I understand some (parts) but i don't understand some (other parts). Am I correct? Thank you for your good teaching, Jack.
