The noise level depends on the 1-3 settings with how hard you want the machine to work. You can also upgrade the filters and get one better for pet hair and smells which is a must have in my home. I noticed the air seemed lighter and easier to breathe when running the machine for the first time. Works great every time. Highly recommended!

I’ve had some bags for years and haven’t refreshed them in forever. Just finally put them outside but is there any chance they’ll actually recharge. Is the 2 years expiration thing actually real? Seems misleading

what is the radius of the area covered by a 100g bag of bamboo charcoal. I bought two packs of 3 bags each, but I found no directions for use other than to use for 2 years and refresh in sunlight. I bought this product based on its being generally publicized as a great and economical air purifier. I live in a city apartment of approximately 420 square feet in size with maybe 10-12 feet in wall height. Many thanks for any guidance, and thanks also for your good video.

@@AustinEterno I put one out, but I don't really know if it's working or not. Still have very slight congestion at times as do others in my apt. building. Since I haven't received an answer about the optimum use of a three-pack, I cannot evaluate the effectiveness!

It does. The sunlight/UV makes the charcoal pores expand, releasing whatever it absorbed, and the UV/Sunlight kills any mold, bacteria, virus, or toxins.

I'm reading everywhere that activated charcoal is the best thing to use against odors :/ Honestly for me it didn't work at all! I bought air purifing bags ( activated Bamboo charcoal) and placed them inside my wood dresser because it has a bad paint smell ...left the charcoal bags overnight and I didn't see any difference the next day. The smell didn't even go a bit. It's the same before and after. I had activated the bags by exposing them to sunlight before first use as recommended, but still no results...for me it was a waste of money

Yes. They were not sitting in the sun before you bought them, so def do so. I put mine in the sun for 2 hours as recommended and they work really well! Have had them for 2 weeks and I noticed the difference the next day after activating them. I have 3 dogs, a cat, a husband and two kids, so smells abound.
