Fortunately, I am at the same altitude as Paine Field in Everett WA and just 2.3 miles away. Paine reports pressure in inches of Mercury ("Hg) hourly. I match exactly (2 decimal places). Thanks for the video.

I need a circuit modue to use vacuum sensor as speed control of 24v dc motor The vacuum set value is -3 kpa

There's something not right here. As you say, a pressure difference of 1 hPa corresponds to a height difference of about 8 m. Therefore lifting the sensor around 3 inches, as you did (call it 8 cm), you would expect to see a pressure drop of only about 0.01 hPa, yet your output shows a drop of almost 20 times that! In any case the readings even with the sensor lying still on the table are fluctuating wildly.
