We recommend using SERUM SERUM SERUM because it's made especially for BEAR treatments, but you can use any water based serum. Just make sure it doesn't contain any silicone 🤗

Hi Heidi, could you try charging your BEAR for some time and then try to connect it via Bluetooth? Let us know if it worked.

Is it safe to use this foreo bear under eyes? And is it ok if we use the strokes for like 10 times each area instead of five? Thank you

Hi coco poodle05, thank you for your questions 🤗 so yes, you can use BEAR under the eyes but please make sure not to go to close to the eye. If you're not sure how close to go yo can check our how to use BEAR videos. And yes, if you find 10 strokes better you can use it like that. It all depends on your experience, how you like to use microcurrent devices. 😊

Hi Agnes, unfortunately no. But you can download app on more devices and log in with the same account so you can use BEAR mini from two or more devices.

Hi, when you install FOREO app first step is to log in, after that you get questions about your skin type, how much water you take, exercise and then get your profile. Then you add the device by clicking on + and connect it via Bluetooth (pressing on power button of the device). When purchased online there is no proof of purchase per se. What are we supposed to do?
