I was using mine without having to press start in the app and then it quit working. And only works with the app. What happened?

I cannot find what the microcurrent is for the foreo bear. Nuface publishes their current range but nobody at foreo will tell me.

I charged the device and have done everything you said and it won't allow me to use it. No way to start it has no start button anywhere and I downloaded the app and registered it but nothing. Is there some where I can call to get help to get it to work or do I have to just send it back.

Hi question when I use the bear without the app it doesn’t make any sounds like when I use it with the app . Is that normal??

Just got mine today and tried out all the functions! Same thing happened to mine but if you listen very carefully it is on but it’s quiet. Then I realized the pulsation might be off so I just double clicked the on/off button and every time I touch it to my face it starts vibrating again.

Hello, yes, you can get your BEAR started without the app. Like the UFO, if you press the universal button, you will begin to activate your microcurrent treatment. When you’re looking at your BEAR, the lights underneath the button will indicate the microcurrent level. You can change the intensity level by quickly pressing the button once for each level. Hello - yes indeed, the device can be used across the neck area as well as on the face. The microcurrent technology used is great for helping to lift and tone. Even using the device along the jaw and cheek area will also help with lifting of the neck and jowl area.

Hello Tai, The BEAR mini has 3 microcurrent intensities, compared to BEAR's larger range of 5 microcurrent intensities (40% more power). They do also include microcurrent technologies, T-sonic pulsations and Anti-shock system. The BEAR provides a full facial, whereas the BEAR Mini is slightly more targeted to smaller areas. We'd recommend simply wiping with a dry cloth or an alcohol wipe to remove the serum you have used with the device.
